Each creation is handmade and unique so the shapes, colours and decors may vary. If you want to see it before you purchase it, you can come to my studio in Montreal. Just contact me before so we can plan your visit.
I accept returns and refunds, but you must pay the shipping fees. Each order is carefully packaged, but if the creation is damaged (with proof), I’ll send you another one for free or I’ll reimburse you.
It will take 3 to 5 business days to prepare and ship your order. At checkout, you’ll see how much time it should take to receive your order once it’s shipped.
If you prefer, you can pick up your order at the studio. Select the pickup option during checkout.
